BOOK OF THE WEEK

THE COACHING HABIT

APPLYING THE BOOK

Rather than focusing on giving advice, Stanier’s method is about asking the right questions to help others find their own answers. The book is full of practical tips, real-life examples, and actionable advice, all presented in a clear and engaging way. These questions are:1. The Kickstart Question (“What’s on your mind?”).
2. The AWE Question (“And what else?”).
3. The Focus Question (“What’s the real challenge here for you?”).
4. The Foundation Question (“What do you want?”).
5. The Lazy Question (“How can I help?”).
6. The Strategic Question (“If you’re saying yes to this, what are you saying no to?”).
7. The Learning Question (“What was most useful for you?”).
Stanier’s approach focuses on asking the right questions to help others discover their own answers, and the book is filled with practical tips and real-life examples presented in an engaging way.

WHY DID I CREATE OPUS?

MY BACKGROUND, EXPERIENCE & MOTIVATION

Text

WHAT DOES "OPUS" MEAN?

The literal definition of Opus is "an artistic work, especially one on a large scale". I named it Opus as I want to create a piece of art filled with value, innovation, and more. The term "Opus" means "an artistic work, especially one on a grand scale." I picked this name because I want to build something exceptional—a resource that’s not just valuable, and innovative, but also a work of art.

THE TURNING POINT

Over the past few years, I’ve spent thousands of hours working with several 7 & 8 figure companies, and all while doing so, something really frustrated me. Despite the endless amount of business content, training, and courses out there, I noticed a big gap: there’s no single place where you can find real, practical business systems, assets, and tracking sheets that help you grow your business using data rather than just gut feelings, and even when I found any, they were all just to sell you into a coaching program..
That’s why I started Opus Library—to give access to useful resources completely for free. You might be thinking, “There must be a catch, right? How are you making money from this?” Honestly, there isn’t one. My goal is simply to share real, proven, and reliable information without charging a dime. I believe everyone should have access to the tools they need to succeed, and that’s what Opus Library is all about.
